\"Progetto \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

VEGA <\/strong>project aims to develop new decision-support tools and digital technologies for the fashion supply chain that enable virtual design, planning, and implementation of more sustainable production cycles, extending also to post-sale repair and end-of-life disassembly.<\/p>\n

Among these tools, the primary one is a software platform, interfaced with the company\u2019s management system and IoT networks, capable of processing and measuring sustainability through specific ESG<\/strong> indicators that express corporate performance in terms of Environment, Social, and Governance.<\/p>\n

The new \u201cESG\u201d software platform will also include an environment where the footwear manufacturer\u2019s supply chain will be described, and a certified digital passport will be created using blockchain technology, integrating the results of assessments conducted according to ESG performance criteria.<\/p>\n

Recognizing the importance of moving beyond the traditional linear economy model of \u201ctake, make, and dispose,\u201d VEGA<\/strong> will develop dedicated tools to support companies in implementing additional services such as eco-friendly design in a virtual environment, post-sale maintenance and repair, and final disassembly of footwear.<\/p>\n
