always worked to improve every aspect of its restaurant business and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From quality control of raw materials to achieving high food preparation standards, to optimal food transportation and preservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commitment and passion translate into management systems implemented daily and certified annually, to consistently achieve high quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ritmo S.r.l. turned to Sinergest for a software solution that would allow the company to manage, in a computerized, centralized, and integrated manner, the aspects currently considered most important for operational continuity in terms of quality and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_solution_Procurement_Management_and_Control_Software_with_Checklists\"><\/span>The solution: Procurement Management and Control Software with Checklists<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The project priorities identified, for which the Sinergest Suite software had to provide the relevant solutions, were mainly four::<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Management of all procurement procedures and verification and monitoring of the technical and professional qualifications of contractors (and any subcontractors) with regard to human resources, machinery, and equipment used;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control of company deadlines by creating, recording, and scheduling activities related to various system requirements (Environment, Safety, Quality), administrative requirements, or those related to events attributable to entities, infrastructure, departments, company areas, customers, and suppliers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control and distribution of documents (e.g., HACCP manual);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate, simplify, and streamline verification\/inspection activities through pre-configurable checklists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Results\"><\/span><strong>R<\/strong>esults<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ritmo S.r.l. has chosen Procurement Management Software to manage documentation, deadlines, and authorizations, a centralized tool equipped with automated alerts and notifications.
