Sinergest has been ranked among the TOP 100 sustainable ICT companies by Data Manager 2024, one of the most influential publications in the Italian technology landscape.
The ranking created by BVA Doxa for Data Manager, this year goes beyond simple financial performance to include quantitative indicators to measure the ability to create long-term sustainable value, focusing on three new indicators:
- Sustainability
- Gender Equality
- Ability to Attract and Retain Talent
An innovative vision of corporate success was proposed, expanding the analysis beyond financial performance to include quantitative indicators of the ability to create long-term sustainable value and responsible growth, thanks to the integration of ESG components into operational and business strategies.
The same issue of the magazine that features the ranking includes an interview with Marco Vannucchi, CEO of Sinergest. In the article, Vannucchi explains how process innovation starts with people.
