2. What are “cookies”
Cookies are strings of text that the visited Site sends to the visitor’s device (PC, tablet, smartphone, etc.), where they are stored to be later retransmitted to the same Site upon a subsequent visit.
Cookies can be set directly by the Company — (so-called first-party cookies) — or may be sent by different sites or web servers (so-called third-party cookies).
Cookies are useful because they allow recognition of the device accessing the site, enable navigation between pages without interruptions, remember expressed preferences and improve the Users’ browsing experience or make the online advertisements shown more relevant to the User and/or pertinent to the User’s interests.
3. Browser settings
By changing the settings of their Internet browser, the User can modify cookie settings and can choose not to install any type of cookie. However, this choice may have consequences on their experience on the Site and on the services we can provide.
Browser cookie settings are accessible and can be modified by the User (manually or also by means of specific tools) under the “options”, “tools” or “preferences” entries in the menu of the specific Internet browser used. It is also possible to consult the browser menu’s “help” section.
In any case, the configuration of each browser is different and is described in its “Help” menu.
At any time you can choose whether to accept or refuse the use of cookies by using the on/off settings of the preference center related to consent for processing technologies, by clicking the lateral button at the bottom left.

4. Cookies used by the Website
In accordance with the provisions of the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority on Cookies and other tracking tools of June 2021, the Judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union C-673/17 on the use of cookies and the “Guidelines 05/2020 on consent pursuant to Regulation 2016/679,” adopted by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), consent to the use of cookies must be given in a free, express and unambiguous manner.
For this reason, the Site activates the use of cookies only if the User clicks the “Accept All” button included in the banner that appears on first access to the Website.
If the user decides to click the “Reject All” button or clicks the Banner’s “X” that appears on first access to the Site, default settings will remain and the user may continue browsing in the absence of cookies or other tracking tools other than technical ones.
The user may view the categories of cookies, configure or modify their preferences by clicking on the preference center related to consent for processing technologies (lateral button at the bottom left).
Some cookies may be provided by external third parties to integrate additional functionalities into our Site as indicated below.
Necessary technical cookies
Necessary cookies help make the website usable by enabling basic functions such as page navigation and access to protected areas of the site. They are not used for other purposes and the website cannot function properly without these cookies. Without these cookies, some operations could not be performed or would be more complex and/or less secure.
Preference cookies
Preference cookies allow the website to remember information that changes the way the site behaves or appears, such as your preferred language or the region where you are located.
Statistical cookies
Statistical cookies help website owners to understand how visitors interact with websites by collecting and transmitting information anonymously.
Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites. Their purpose is to present advertising that is relevant and engaging for the individual user and therefore more valuable for publishers and third-party advertisers.
Sinergest uses the following technical cookies: See the table below \”Cookie Declaration\”
