With the renewal of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification for Gender Equality, Sinergest once again confirms its commitment to promoting a fair, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
This prestigious recognition adds to the ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and UNI CEI ISO/IEC 27001 certifications already held by the company, strengthening its Integrated Management System for Quality, Information Security, Occupational Health and Safety, and Gender Equality.
Gender Equality Management System
The renewal process confirmed the effectiveness of the policies and practices implemented by Sinergest over the past year: from personnel selection to career management, including fair remuneration, welfare policies, and work-life balance.

Future goals and continuous improvement
Sinergest has already defined its action plan for 2025–2026, which includes:
- Annual review of gender equality policies, to promptly adapt strategies to new regulatory and market requirements.
- Dedicated training for all levels of the company, with the aim of raising awareness and actively involving employees in promoting inclusive behavior.
- Continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to gender representation, remuneration, and work-life balance.
