To elevate its incoming inspection management to further levels of excellence, Nolan sought a cutting-edge tool that was easily integrated, flexible in application, and practical to use. After a thorough process analysis and a comparison of various solutions on the market, the company chose Sinergest as its technological and organizational partner for this important project.
The Sinergest Suite platform’s ‘Controls’ module will integrate with the ERP in use for goods arrivals, creating a “controlled” warehouse that is not yet available for production.
Depending on the control plan, the report can be recorded in the batch master file in a simple and guided manner, including document verification using a specific form.
The system will also allow for the timely processing of identified non-conformities and related supplier complaints, becoming an active tool for continuous improvement.
