Sinergest obtains Gender Equality Certification
Sinergest has achieved Gender Equality Certification, adding an important new chapter to its journey of growth and excellence. This recognition joins its ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and UNI CEI ISO/IEC 27001 certifications.
“Achieving UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, following a rigorous audit conducted by CSQA, confirms our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We’ve also added the new step of implementing a Gender Equality Management System,” says Sara Vannucchi, Project Manager and Compliance Specialist at Sinergest. “At Sinergest, we fully recognize the importance of promoting and ensuring gender equality in all organizational processes: from staff selection to career management, including fair compensation, welfare policies, and work-life balance.”
“The UNI/PdR 125:2022 system,” Sara Vannucchi continues, “certifies a process that has been underway for some time, a concrete and systematic approach aimed at promoting an inclusive culture, free of discrimination and capable of valorizing every individual within the company in a fair and impartial manner. We firmly believe that equality of opportunity, inclusion, and respect for all people, regardless of gender, are essential to the company’s success and sustainability. These are fundamental values for stimulating creativity and innovation, and consequently, for ensuring solid economic performance and responsible business.”
“Sinergest has decided to adopt a comprehensive strategy aimed at reducing any gaps identified by the system within the company,” continues Paola Casaccino, Lawyer and Partner at Sinergest for Compliance & Data Protection, “addressing several key areas, ranging from opportunities for inclusion and professional growth to equal pay, gender management policies, and the promotion of parenthood and work-life balance.
The Policy will be subject to periodic annual reviews to adapt it to changing circumstances and business needs.”
Sinergest assures its full commitment to maintaining and exceeding the standards established by the certification and to improving our policies and practices regarding gender equality.
